3.0/5Benjamin from United States recently stayed in a Family room for 8 days.

Let me start by saying Kiwy and Neiby in the kids club were great! Friendly and accommodating our two kids had a great time during the day and then each night at the disco. Room was basic but good enough. Only issue was constant dripping water from the aircon in the bathroom, making the floor slippery, we just put towels on the floor. Food was ok and nice to have a 'cafe' style snack bar. the Brazilian restaurant was a highlight with good quality meat and fish. We never we able to get pool towels when we wanted. From the 7 days, 5 days we had to go back several times to even get towels. I don’t understand how they can’t calculate the amount needed in what is not a full high season over thanksgiving. One note: 15mins in the DC kinda means anything from 40mins to an hour. This was the same for the towels, the trip to the shopping mall and our snorkeling trip. 15mins was always a lot longe. Our big concern came about actually after the holiday. There had been a lot of rain and the track from the lobby to the rooms was flooded. We never walked the track due to the smell of sewage but even taking the golf carts we picked up illnesses. Both our kids got sick after returning home. Not only a bout of hand, foot and mouth disease but also a parasite infection! The parasites were also picked up by friends we meet at the resort, they also returned home with a worse parasite infection than us! If there is rain and flooding, the hotel needs to take better health and sanitation precautions and make sure that sewage does not spill out into the resort. This is a serious concern and means we will not recommend this resort to others.

3.2/5Leonardo from United States stayed in a Superior for 6 days in February.

I was assigned a room in villa Bromelia. The hot water knob in the bathroom faucet did not work. The water pressure was not strong. We stayed for 6 days and the electricity went out once a day only in our villa. The hotel staff went above and beyond the call of duty. The airport shuttle bus company (BLUE) was hassle free. The BLUE representative in the resort lobby (Henry Marte) was a down to earth person. He helped us with 3 tours and were outstanding. I would return to Punta Cana, however, I would not stay at this resort. BEWARE: If you are approached by anyone in the resort, stating that you have a free gift, they are trying to sell you a timeshare.
