Internet not working for 3 days. I was told we are trying to sort it out .This was not good enough as one of the reasons I picked this hotel was to have wi fi in my room as stated on website. Also TV channels were not suitable. No proper English speaking channels or sky sports .Missed the American open golf coverage had to walk 3 kilometers to a bar to see it for 1 hour. Surely a 5 star hotel should have this important facility for guests. Cooked breakfast always cold and tea and coffee likewise. I am 65 years old and it was a chore to get breakfast daily as I had to keep going up and down to get each item, my wife has a knee replacement and she felt the same. Staff were very good and hotel was relaxing. But if you will pardon the punn not my cup of tea.
5/5 Standard of room
1/5 Quality of food
3/5 Value for Money
