Absolutely every detail covered, we were looked after fantastically well, my partner was here for a birthday celebration and she received a lovely welcome cake upon arrival. Best hotel I've stayed at for facilities, food and design.

My stay was pleasant and i was very happy how clean/ quick housekeeping was. I booked a room with Garden view but i was lucky to get a room on the left site with tropical rainforest and a view direct onto the beach and its boulders. I discovered everyday something new in my room, like the inbuilt clothesline in the shower or the top shower head, sewing kit, etc. which was delightful. I loved relaxing on the balcony and listening to the waves rolling in and at night it was cosy lit. Unfortunately i was missing a price list for the mini bar and as smoker i had to invent my own ashtray (bottle w water) and only got supplied with a real one on my last day. The Breakfast buffet had a broad selection and choice from healthy to treat yourself" and loved that two cooks where set up to make you omelettes, fried, scrambled or poached eggs. The facilities of Reception, Shops, Gym, Pool, Beach, all bars, Mini golf, Archery, Basketball, Golf Courts where kept up to standards and staff assisted if instructions were needed. On frequent base a local dropped by with his baby elephant and was happy that you can touch and take pictures with the animal. Liked the transport option into Patong- Jungceylon Shopping Centre for 100 TBaht on way as the food in the hotel is good but for a single person on a budget a little overpriced. Good value is the pizza hut or some lighter meal options on the menu of Ton Son Bar. The cafe Le Fleur was at the time of renovations and that part of the pool was also closed but it did not bother as there is such a huge pool facility anyhow that everyone always got a spot I prefer the beach with its stunning waves rolling in. As tourist I craved more traditional cuisine and it was cheaper to dine out and experience the busy street life at night and more entertainment options. My stay was only for 5 days and it was off season so not all activities where available. I also recommend the shops outside the gate, a little restaurant, a hairdresser, Massage and a little shops where you can buy liquor, smokes, snacks and nick nacks. I definitely enjoyed my first stay at a 5 star resort and would book this facility again.
