The quality of the facilities was inversely proportional to the professionalism of the staffs. The facilities were excellent but the mannerisms of the staffs were appalling. They outright ignore customers and will roll their eyes at the customers. Other than the Director, the manager is not much better....I really find this disturbing. How can a 5-star hotel not train their staffs to meet the minimum standard level of professionalism/courtesy that is necessary for a service based industry?
